Fusion The Healthy Living Centre in Parkwood, Maidstone, was opened in September 2003. The Centre was born out of a Family Circle project set up in 1993. The circle was set up by Health Visitors of the Mid Kent Healthcare trust to improve the health and well-being of young families living in Park Wood. A multi agency alliance, bringing together education and leisure Services was developed. A group was developed to take forward further community projects and through this the Healthy Living Centre was developed.

East Folkestone Change Together East Folkestone Change Together is leading a programme which includes 20 or so projects. It seeks to inspire and broaden young people's horizans aged 11-14 years old, whilst raising parents' own aspirations and self confidence so they can support their children to take up oppurtunites and make positive, informed choices.

 

 Kent Foundation The Kent Foundation is committed to helping young peoople start up in business. They offer a range of services to young people in order to support the economic development of Kent. That's why they target young entrepreneurs with real potential. The Kent Foundation's services create an enterprising journey which offers business help, business advice and develops new skills.

 Kent Community Foundation Charitable foundation set up to encourage philanthropy for the benefit of the people of Kent.

 Sarah and Francis Salway Fund The Sarah and Francis Salway Grassroot Fund will help Joining Hands with a pilot with Jobcentre Plus Ashford.  The findings of this pilot will be published in the summer of 2011.
